Overview

Qamaria Yemeni Coffee is a culturally rooted café concept celebrating Yemeni coffee and community-driven experiences. JCMS partnered with Qamaria Yemeni Coffee at launch, supporting the brand from opening through ongoing growth by building its digital presence, interior creative direction, and community programming.

The Challenge

Qamaria Yemeni Coffee launched as a new physical space with no established digital presence or audience. The challenge was to introduce the brand to the local New York community, build cultural relevance, attract consistent foot traffic, and create a welcoming environment that blended storytelling, design, and community engagement.

The JCMS Approach

JCMS worked with Qamaria Yemeni Coffee from day one, managing both the digital and physical brand experience.

Our scope included:

  • Building social media accounts from the ground up

  • Content creation, editing, and ongoing social media management

  • Influencer marketing and creator collaborations

  • Creative direction for interior styling and daily in-space aesthetics

  • Partnership management with brands for in-store and launch activations

  • Programming and execution of community-focused events

Scale & Execution Highlights

  • Social media presence built from zero

  • Grand opening event executed with 200+ attendees

  • Influencer and community-driven launch generating thousands of impressions

  • Multiple brand partnerships secured for the grand opening

  • Ongoing influencer collaborations to sustain visibility

  • Recurring community events hosted, including book clubs and gatherings

Experiential Build-Out

JCMS led the creative direction for Qamaria Yemeni Coffee’s interior, shaping the look and feel of the space for daily operations while designing custom decor and experiential elements for the grand opening. Brand partnerships were integrated into the launch to elevate the guest experience, offering curated treats and interactive moments that encouraged organic content creation.

Impact

JCMS helped build Qamaria Yemeni Coffee from the ground up, transforming the café into a recognizable community hub within New York. Through consistent digital management, culturally aligned storytelling, and in-person programming, Qamaria strengthened its relationship with local audiences while driving sustained foot traffic and ongoing engagement beyond opening week.

Flow Brickell

Overview

Flow Brickell is a newly built, multi-level, 52-story residential and hotel building that opened in October 2025. JCMS was brought in to design, program, and execute Flow Brickell’s first-ever Art Basel activations, positioning the space as a cultural and creative hub during one of the most competitive weeks in Miami.

The Challenge

As a new venue, Flow Brickell lacked established foot traffic, brand recognition, and cultural positioning during Art Basel. The objective was to rapidly establish the building as a destination, activate all available spaces, and drive sustained, high-volume traffic through curated creative programming rather than one-off events.

The JCMS Approach

JCMS designed and executed a full week of immersive Art Basel programming, transforming Flow Brickell into a multidisciplinary creative hub through strategic partnerships, experiential design, and high-volume event execution.

The program included nine events across one week, including:

  • Runway shows

  • Wellness and sound bath experiences

  • Creative and industry panels

  • Wine tastings

  • Beauty activations

  • Charity gala

  • Farmers market

  • Art gallery programming

Several days featured multiple events executed on the same day, requiring highly structured operations, fast-paced production workflows, and seamless coordination across decor, setup, teardown, and guest transitions for each event.

Scale & Execution Highlights

  • 9 events executed within one week

  • 2,000+ in-person attendees welcomed into Flow Brickell

  • Hundreds of creators and influencers from New York, Miami, Toronto, and Houston

  • 40+ brand partners across fashion, wellness, beauty, art, transportation, and food and beverage

  • $225,000+ generated in ticket sales

  • 2M+ digital impressions across social media platforms

Experiential Build-Out

To elevate the venue experience and maximize visual impact:

  • A full-size piano was transported and installed on the ninth-floor pool deck

  • Multiple branded bars and VIP lounges were constructed

  • An art gallery was activated within a ninth-floor common space

  • Dedicated activation zones were created for brand partners and sponsors

  • Rooftop and interior spaces were fully programmed to support high-volume traffic flow

Impact

JCMS successfully positioned Flow Brickell as a creative destination during Art Basel, generating sustained foot traffic that the venue would not have achieved independently. The week-long residency introduced the building to new audiences, creators, potential tenants, brands, cultural leaders, and Miami-based event organizers, establishing Flow Brickell as a viable host for large-scale cultural and creative programming.
